Combined Services Facility (CSF) was built 1991 through an intergovernmental agreement and cooperation between the Village of Palatine and the Palatine Park District. It is the base of operations for the various divisions of VOP Public Works and the Park District’s Parks Department which consists of Vehicle Maintenance, Trades Crew, Parks Crew, and the Horticulture Crew.
